Music I like and bands I've seen..

Eclectic mix. Getting an ipod was a liberating experience, reminding me of all those old favourites and exposing me to a huge library of new tunes...Love it!

My average weekend..

If my 6-year-old son is with me; an early start, a trip to Legoland, a bounce on the trampoline, popcorn and a dvd, a cycle ride round the park or a house full of kids... If he's not ; until very recently studying with the OU which took most of my spare time, but now I've finished my honours degree, a lazy morning, train into town, gallery or shopping, lunch with a friend, gardening, reading, cooking and eating out....

I would also like to say..

I'm active and like to keep busy and try new things. Recent projects include a world archaeology course with the OU, designing a fantasy man-powered flying machine for the RedBull Flugtag competition in Hyde Park and learning to play Texas hold-em poker. I know - I need to get out more but that is not always possible with a young son at home. Any offers to take me away from here when he's on a weekend with his dad?
