Isn't it frustrating when you take a week off work to do the decorating and unearth a whole raft of problems... what should be a nice funky new living space needs new electrics, plaster walls and floorboards... still its a nice cottage. Just don't expect to be wined and dined in that room anytime soon... my plastering skills are pants!

Ow, ow, owwwwww! Yes I knew the box was too big and heavy to get in the loft. Yes I knew the ladders were a bit ropey but yes, I had to try and bullishly get the 20Kg load into the roof-space. Except I didn't.
I now have a cut ear and bruises all over but thankfully, that's where my injuries end! Sympathy required ;-) |
