a quiet brekkie, outside in good weather, walk the dog, read papers, catch up with phone calls, see my grandkids if im lucky(they very busy), just chill if poss, or get the gladrags on if im lucky enuff to have a date!

I would also like to say..

i suffered a stroke 6 years ago, leaving me partially paralised, but it doesnt stop me1 i horseride, drive, swim, live life to the full!
